Data Convert

Dear Team,

Could you please review attached data file.

Column "A" contains Months and Column "B" contains Income. you can see there are no income for some month in a particular year. So I need to convert them to as mention in Column "E" and "F". i need show no income months and income as "0". could you please help me on this.

E2 =DATE(YEAR(MIN(A:A)),1,1)
F2 =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(E2,A:B,2,FALSE),0)
... and copy down
E3 =DATE(YEAR(E2),MONTH(E2)+1,1)
... and copy down
