Hi

I have got this simple sheet which collects the reason for calls received, reasons tab is
just based on data validation drop down, simple for a person to record data, now is it possible to make this spreadsheet as shared document so if 10 people can open it and record data and it records in one sheet rather than having 10 separate sheets, how do I make it a shared document and 10 people can open it at same time and recording data at the same time, is there any other better way of recording it, please advise, I am attaching the sheet as well.

Also need to ask if someone puts the application number, is it possible the date column picks the today date instantly, please advise.

I think that what you are looking for can be found here.
One thing to note is that there are several limitations when using this option... read though it carefully so you understand what you can and can't do.

Yes it is.

See attached... whenever someone changes something in column A it will add the current date to D.
