Data Arrangement in vertical format using formula

I have got a attendance sheet. The data of the attendance sheet is given in tabular format . Now I want to arrange the data employee wise in the Sample sheet employee wise for the whole month. Is there any way to put it according to the sample sheet by using formula. I have entered one sample data .

See table at cell H1 of the Sample sheet.
Update the data in the table on sheet Sheet1, then right-click somewhere in the new table on the Sample sheet, and choose Refresh.
