Hi Chandoo,


I would like to appreciate your efforts to improve people's knowledge on Excel.

I need an help on how to create a dashboard which reflects my teams peformance to my management.


My Data consists of Product,Volumes processed,Volumes Received,Actual Turn Around time Agent, Region, Time Spent,Errors, Quality, Top 5 performers,Month on Month Volume trends, which i need agent wise, region wise or Product wise..


I need this info to be breaken up daily,weekly,Monthly and yearly.
 
What you're thinking about certainly should be possible.


Can you post a sub-set of your data? It often helps to see how the data is laid out in the spreadsheet rather than relying on descriptions.


I'd also suggest going through Chandoo's dashboard tutorials. They are very helpful and will answer most of your questions.
 
Please help me to answer my question? I need your help here to createa spreadsheet with all my requirements..

It would definitely be good to see the data so that we all can work together on achieving your goal. You can create dummy dataset if you want to.
