I need an help on how to create a dashboard which reflects my teams peformance to my management.
My Data consists of Product,Volumes processed,Volumes Received,Actual Turn Around time Agent, Region, Time Spent,Errors, Quality, Top 5 performers,Month on Month Volume trends, which i need agent wise, region wise or Product wise..
I need this info to be breaken up daily,weekly,Monthly and yearly.
