Dash board question

Hi friends,


A complex dashboard question:



I have data of 3 schools; School A, School B, School C in two segments Academics and Co-curriculum


I have attached sample data. Data in sheet 2


The difficult challenge is that the data must populated in the table corresponding to the School and Month selected from the drop down.



Hope I am making sense. Can such a logic be created.

Dear SM/ Friends,

I tried experimenting with the logic and this logic doesn't seem to hold good if i add more month/ subject...

Sheet attached.

I understand i can go and change formula every time i add a new column or row. but is there any other logical way


PS: I'm new to excel and still at the experiment phase

In both the named range you will see the 3 different range, you need to expand them as per your data.

See attached file named formula and compare with earlier one.
