cutting and adding two datas

please solve the above prob,,


data in colA after x has to be converted to 4 digit by adding "0".suppose after "x" 2 digit is present.add 2 zeros ,so that colA dat will be 4 digit. ColB has just to extracted after "X" 2 digit.


give a formaula so that final concatenation COLA and COLB is 6 digit
