Hi Everyone,
Happy Easter. May peace and joy be with you and your loved ones'
I was going through Chandoo's tutorial on Customer Service Dashboard and found it absolutely amazing. Was trying to make one of my own, however, I am stuck when it comes to the calculations part of the spreadsheet.
What I am looking to do -
1. Summary Page to Have Month and Week Selection Drop-Downs. I am unable to figure out a way by which "Week" can be unselected if required
2. Basis the Month and Week Selection, data to reflect under Key Metrics space.
3. First Table at the bottom to have Team Leader comparison basis the Metric and Month selected.
4. Second Table to roll down to Advisor Level comparison
At present, in the data sheet, I have only included March - Week 1 data.
Would be greatly obliged if someone can guide me through this.
