customer data update

hi, this is naresh, my problem is i am maintaining the customer data around more than 150nos. on the invoices basis, and separate sheet for every customer, it is getting difficult to me updating data by going each work sheet. is there any solution to getting data updated by typing in one sheet
 
Could you have 1 main sheet where you do all your updates, and all the other sheets simply use lookup/vlookup/Index & match formulas to get relevant data?
 
One of the sales person in the office has a similar issue. and I recommended the exact same solution Luke M has here.
