Custom Number Formatting Problem

Hi Chandoo Forum,

I’m having trouble creating a custom number format on a two axis graph. The primary axis should run from 0 to 30,000 in increments of 10,000 in the lower half of the graph and stop showing numbers above 30,000 in the same way the secondary axis works. I tried using [<=30,000]0;;;@ but when I try that, the axis disappears leaving only a zero at the bottom. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I would greatly appreciate your help with this.

Thanks so much in advance for your help,
greykitten

Don't use a comma, as that is a special character in number formats. :)
Left axis number format should be:
[<=30000]$0,000;;;

Good point. But, in this case, I assumed that the comma was being used as a thousands separator, which in the number formatting would cause...oddities. :)

Hi, buddy!
In this case I agree with your diagnostic, but I'd include the safeguard just for the then non English version users.
Regards!
