Cummulative %

I have some data that I am using in a pivot table to calculate a utilization % each week. The chargeable hours and total hours are in the data by each person, each week.

To calculate the utilization I created a calculated field of chargeable hours/total hours. This works fine when calculating the utilization for each individual week. However, I want to calculate the utilization as a cummulative percentage as each new week has data available. I can bring in totals for the hours and make those a cummulative total, but I can't get the percentage to caclulate cummulative. Is there a way to usue cummulative values in a formula field or is there any other method to calulate within the pivot table. I do not want to have to calculate anything outside of the pivot table if necessary.

Thanks

Hello jp401,

I am not sure I understand what you are looking for.

Please copy/paste some sample, representative data, and the desired output you are looking for (based on that sample data). (Or, you can post a sample workbook with the same info.)

That will help us understand your request.
