Csat Scores

Dear Team,
Need help from Chandoo forums to resolve a issue.
I am working in telecom industry where customers ratings are very important.
We get Csat/Dsat from Customers.
Formula for Csat score = Number of Csat/Number of Polls.
Our target is 95%.
I have attached a sheet which represents Csat score, I need help in getting how many more Csats would be required to reach 95%.

hiii,

if database is small . i think you can use goal seek function.
click on D6 CELL -Go to -data tab-what if analysis-goal seek-
ask TO value--type 95 %---by changing cell--click on C6 CELL(Csat column)
