Hi All,

Hope you're doing good.

A macro to be created from a set of data to a report containing how much is worked per day in counts. providing the sample worksheet for your information. kindly help us with this.
(Note 1: data and login names provided in the sheet is minimal, usually it will be around thousands of data and more or less people working also will differs)
(Note 2: form of output required is the field marked in yellow (report details provided in sheet 2))

Thanks,
Brunda

Few questions:
Where can find days which You refer?
There are two columns which headers is count ... which one do You mean?
Do Your given output has some connection with Your given data?
... eg two names are missing
How to solve 'Productivity %' if Target is not related with data ( = why 'yellow'-column )?
Have You tested to use Pivot-table?

- Yes by checking the column "I" (where login ID is mentioned) it should give the numbers in "achieved" column followed by percentage
eg two names are missing - sorry i missed to add data

How to solve 'Productivity %' if Target is not related with data ( = why 'yellow'-column )?
- Target will be added manually by the person as it differs everyday so when macro gives the achieved number followed by productivty %
- i have kept it in yellow for reference of which column output is required.

Have You tested to use Pivot-table?
- yes after that have to use formula and create a different table as well, if macro is able to be created on that i can complete the report for the huge set of data and upload it soon.

There are two columns which headers is count ... which one do You mean?
-that is column of quantity and other details at work

Did You skip days question?
Two columns ... which use?
... sample output should match with input.
'Productivity %' ... means that cannot solve before someone gives target.
Pivot-table ... gives possible result after knows what to do?
Summary ... I didn't get anything, which would help me to help You.
