Creating Muster Data From Multiple Sheets

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE A MUSTER SHEET (AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED IMAGE) FROM SEVERAL SHEETS THAT CONTAINS REPETITIVE DATA (KINDLY OBSERVE AND FIND THAT DATA IN BOTH SHEET2 & 3 HAVE BEEN REPEATED. VIDE ATTACHMENT AND KINDLY REPLY IF POSSIBLE.
