Creating Links to only one Pivot table in file from another sheet

I have an excel file on which:

1. The first sheet has a summary of the financials for the current month. I would like Cell B2 to change cells B2 & L2 on the "LE & ME TB" tab.

2. The "ME & LE selection" tab changes cells C2 & C3 on the "TB - Monthly Basis" tab, which is fine. Both these tabs have VBA code on it.

My problem is that I inherited this file from someone and do not know how to amend the code. Currently if changes are made on the "ME & LE Selection" tab, it also changes the "LE & ME TB" tab, instead of only the "TB - Monthly Basis" tab.

Could someone please explain or show me how to fix this problem? I have attached a sample file as well. It is an .xlsb file.

Note that if these pivots share the same data source, then you can just link 'em using slicers. See http://dailydoseofexcel.com/archives/2014/08/16/sync-pivots-from-dropdown/

Thanks for the help. The part about linking the month selection on the "Current Month Financials" tab to the "LE & ME TB" tab is working fine now.

However, the second part of the problem still remains.
