Creating Conditional Rule

If I input a #6 or #60 in the Data table I want an icon to appear next to the #6 or #60 in the Portfolio table.

No numbers should be added or deleted from the Portfolio table.

I have attached the worksheet.

ACK! Too many merged cells! Merged cells cause nothing but pain and death. :P

After removing the merging, we have a chance at coming up with a good CF rule. From your post, I'm not quite sure where the "icon" was supposed to appear, or if it mattered whether user input a value into Score or Rating on the Data table. For now, I formatted the cells to highlight for either/or.

If I add the value of 6 in the Data sheet, what formula rule would I use so the number would be shaded in the Portfolio sheet.

I uploaded the sheet again but exploded the rating section.

Hi:
Maybe something like this. If you enter any number in the Data sheet it will check for the same number in portfolio sheet and color it in yellow.

Thanks
