Creating a Workers Assignment table from Projects assignment list

I have projects that needs workers to be assigned in, by type of the worker.
I would like to assign the workers in the projects ("Projects" sheet) and I want the "Workers" sheet to be filled automatically by the values I entered in the "Projects" sheet.
in the attached file there is an example of how the two tables look like (after it was updated).

Maybe something like this? Please see the file attach, using array formulas (when applied you need to press CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER button together) and then copied down and cross as necessary

the formulas you provided me work great.
I also need the other way to make the assignment.
meaning, assign the workers in the workers sheet and viewing the results in the Projects table.
please see the attached file (also a request about handaling workers demand).
