Creating a summary table

Hello,

Please can someone help with this query.

I have a table of input data (see attached - Table 1). Currently my input data is incomplete. Although the number of columns in Table 1 will remain the same, once I have collected all my input data the number of rows will be far greater than currently shown. I state this merely so the solution is able to take account of the table whatever the final length (number of rows)

The input data describes the utilisation of areas within buildings by teams. I require a macro to create a summary table similar to the screengrab included in the attached sheet. The macro should essentially group my input data and highlight the number of 'clashes' (clashes defined as when more than one team are in a given area of a building at the same time).

I hope this is clear.

Its a complicated way which I tried and there are number of formulas used, please see attached file if it serve our purpose
While Power query solution is best one
