Creating a list of names in a separate column from another column

Hello All,

I have a pretty difficult problem at hand.I have a list of names i.e sales persons in one single column say "C".All these names are placed randomly and may occur any number of times in the list i.e the name "Andy"may occur 10 times .I want to prepare alist of all these names in another column say column "E".How do I do this?

If you're looking to formula only solutions without helper columns give a look at this:

Check formulas for column D (D2).
