Creating a formula that adds rows as my external data adds a row

I know I saw the solutions to this a few weeks ago but am unable to retrieve the info now.

So I am updating my file with external data (from a csv file). This is updated everytime the document is opened. I need to create a formula in the cell adjacent to the right side of the import of the external data. I need this formula to automatically be created in the the next row as more rows get added.

See this link to my screenshot.

Under query options, (usually found by right-clicking in area where query is dumped into), there should be an option to extend formula. This would be what you are looking for.
