Create "Folder and Directories" from Listed Directory name in excel

Hi I have Folder and Directory name in Excel Sheet,

I want to create Folder of all listed Directory name in hirerchy through VBA.

Like below, We have Three Columns in excel,

I want Result Output as Folder - ex.
a. In "Plant" Folder There are two folder 1.Engineering Management 2.Instrument
b.in Engineering Management - There are three folder 1.DB 2.DP 3.DG 4.SD 5.SF 6.SF ............so on

I want create folder from given below listed folder name by macro.
Can any one help on this.
