Create a Pop up calendar in Userform to tranfer date to Excel Sheet

Hello,

I attached a test sample of the Document I will require Help.

In this document there are several fields that will have to be filled and once you press the OK bottom, all these information will be transferred to the respective column in the excel sheet. This is the help I require.

1 - There is a Textbox called " Calendar". I would like once you click on the Textbox that a pop up calendar appear and once you select the required date the Calendar hide by it self.

2 - Once the date is selected in the calendar, I would like to see the date format like this ex: 18-Nov-2015 as this will go in column H

I'm not a VBA expert. If you could please update the code in the document and also explain me what was updated and what it does. I would really appreciate it.

Just a general question. If I want to use this calendar in a different userform. should I copy the userform related to the calendar and the code you just provided me?

If I have a Userform, and 3 of the text boxes will have a pop up calendar, what is the best way to do it?

Is it better if I post a document containing the information for you to have a better idea?
