I would like to create a module (similar to the google module) with Excel macros, with a command button for auto-sending to my personal email, with email access data embedded in macros, or directly in dropbox or other similar systems (drives etc). It's possible?

I have not found anything about the ability to send and receive modules automatically.
 
I am unfamiliar with Google Modules. Please explain in simple terms what this is or how you would like an Excel file to be created. While this may be clear in your mind, I do not understand the requirement and need a clearer picture. I work in MS Excel and not Google Sheets.
 
I would like to give a questionnaire to people. After answering the questions I would like to receive the answers.
I'm not familiar with macros, but I thought that given the possibility (with macros) to send files, it might be possible to set up a questionnaire on an excel file to be compiled. Inside this file, insert a macro that contains emails and passwords to allow the file to be sent to my email automatically by entering a submit button in the questionnaire.
