Create a Dropdown in one excel workbook and the data source is another workbook - Macro Required

I want to create a dropdown in one excel workbook and the source date is another workbook. Whenever we add more data insource file, need to be reflected indrop-down.

I want to create an excel macro for this. Can you please guide?

Sorry for my poor english, I'm french (nobody's perfect !...)
Dropdown = ComboBox ?
Where do you create it ? Sheet or UserForm ?
Are the two workbooks on the same folder ?

We will need, for writing the macro :
• Name and Path of both workbook
• Name of the sheet of datasource
• name of the sheet with ComboBox
