Counting number of thursdays and fridays between two dates

I have a formula for counting number of thursdays and fridays between two dates,but i can't understand how this formula works!


The formula is:

=SUM(INT((WEEKDAY(start date-{5,6})-start date+finish date)/7))


Can someone please explain it to me?
