Counting duplicates

I need to show in Column C for each row that Column A has a 1 for each duplicate that is different by column B.
I need to show in Column C

I need to show that Chris has a 1 for both C1 and C2 since the dates are different but the name is the same. It needs to see both Column A and Column B

I just figured it out. I need to use this formula =COUNTIFS($A$1:A1,A1,$B$1:B1,B1) it will give me a 1 for each first occurrence and a 2 or more for each duplicate.
