Counting Based On Two Variables

From the example below, I would like to know how many times a price occurs for a particular date. Desired output in yellow.

interesting how you did the filters though. Assuming that was a pivot​

You wrote about dates, then I tested with dates ( You had Your own formatting or so. )
This should also work with ... Your DELIVERY Dates ... I won't test it myself.
Try to create a Pivot-table as in above snapshot.

Thanks for that and apologies for the confusion. I tried testing it similar to yours layout for the pivot table but due to my limited knowledge, could not get the fields in the format you had
