Countif value is greater certain %

Hi

I have attached an excel sheet wherein there are three columns for each month

Column A - Actual for Jan 18
Column B - Budget for Jan 18
Column C - % Achievement

Similarly there is data from Jan-18 to May-18.

Would like to get the count if the % achievement is more than 94.99%. The result should get captured in column"P".
