CountIF uniqueID & "Continuation" & Date Closed <>""

Hello, I'm still working on this register - the goal posts keep shifting. I know this should be simple but I can't string it together

Basically, I just need to be able to count the Continuations in column D for a UniqueID in Column F, if a Closed Date has not been added in Column C regardless of the row.

Green highlights are correct, Pink are not as it has a Closed Date added in Column C as per my Should Be Column H

My thinking is if the formula in Column D can be updated to Closed when a Closed Date is added in Column C regardless of the row, then my existing formula in Column G should calculate as expected.

Hi AliGW, in response to your question the pink ones should be as per column H amd GraH-Guido has solved it.
