Countif and Vlook together problem!

In N92, N93 and N94 cell I just want to see the total number of customer of the particular name (Ashish, Ripon Khan, Alamin) that constructs the sum on O92, O93 and O94.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Do you mean if lets say you have 2 customers. 1 is called Ashish Patel, one is called Ashish Yusuf. Your countif should show total Ashish? then formula in cell N92 will be =COUNTIF(D:D,M92&"*")
