Count names across columns

Hi all,
I have a spreadsheet (Office 365) that contains a date column (A) and a few name columns (B, C, D and E). I want to count the number of visits for each name (Column G) for each month (see columns H to K).
I need to place the total number (count) for each month against each name. The issue is that the names can be in any of the columns (B to E) and so the count needs to span the month as well as the names columns.
I have attached n example spreadsheet. I can use countif to get the numbers in a defined range but this is very manual. I am hoping to automate it as this will be an ongoing exercise (monthly).
Any help would be appreciated as it will save me having to do this manually and help me understand the process for future reference

Thanks and works exactly as I needed. I must remember to use the same month names such as Jun, Jul, Aug instead of whole names in the formula. I suppose a better way would be to call the months by their numbers etc.
Anyway I can now play with this and learn etc.
Once again I thank you for your help and quick response.
Cheers
