Count by Area and Date

Hi I know this is very basic, but I'm struggling today.

If anyone can give me a quick formula, to count the number of areas that appear on a date, I would be forever grateful.

I've already removed the duplicates.

Why csv-file ... ?
Did You test something like next ... without formulas ...
1) Data ... Text to Columns
2) Data ... Pivot-table
