Count between two range with multiple criteria

I want to count the cells that meet the following conditions.
1st. How many dates are different from the list in the second range
2nd. How many empty cells are for dates from the first condition

Is it possible to solve the problem with one formula only?

=SUMPRODUCT(ISNA(MATCH(B2:J2,L2:L4,0))*(B3:J3=""))

Just another formula.....

=SUMPRODUCT((COUNTIF($L$2:$L$4,$B$2:$J$2)=0)*(B3:J3=""))
