copying unique values only from similar excel files

Sir, Greetings of the day!

I have a clarification in copying only the values in an excel file, (without opening that) to another excel file.

Eg. I have uploaded 3 files viz. Salary, Bonus and Incentive. In all the 3 files, colum B is with same values (i.e input parameters). Each of the Excel file is filled with only one parameter (either salary or bonus or incentive)

How can I copy only the values of "bonus" and "incentive" file to "Salary" file?

Hi


i have some doubts that is, you have mention some option as like

[pre]

Employee 1
Salary
Bonus
Incentive

[/pre]

in three files now you want to export the Bonus from Bonus File and Incentive from Incentive Files to Salary file


you will entry the Bonus and Incentive in every year or you just overwrite in the old figure
