Copying data from One Sheet and paste it to other ( not so easy task for me )

Hi Excel Masters,
There are 100 sheets with individual sales person name with 25 working days and with 15 lines for each salesman & one sheet named "DATA". I need to fill all the 100 sheets taking data from "DATA" but it is very time consuming as I need to copy day 1 and paste the same in day 1 of salesman 1 and again copy day 2 and then paste the same in day 2 of salesman 1 and so on.
I am attaching a example file.
Sheet 1 contains emp name : Ajay
Sheet 2 contains : Data

Is there any way I can easily copy and paste the details of 1st Aug from "DATA" to sheet named "AJAY" on 1st Aug, Again copy and paste the details of 2nd Aug from "DATA" to sheet named "AJAY" on 2nd Aug and so on.

Please help.

Hey Raj,

Few question -

1) Is the count of plan for a day is fixed lets say you have mentioned 15 in Ajay sheet?

2) What is "Dr./Prospect Name" in Data column is this the value for Ajay plans

You need to change little bit (need helper column) to do this job.

Is there any way where I can use vba to collate all the data at once or I need to write separate code for separate sheets.

This version will copy 'data' from 'PLAN' or 'ACTUAL',
depends from which sheet You'll push the button.

Your 1st version has only one and You wanted to copy from DATA to person's sheet.
Now, this copies ALWAYS to PLAN, no matter from which sheet You'll push the button!
You changes 'sales person names' to A.. LLL, that's Okay too.
NOTEs!
1) 'Sales person name' = 'Empl Name' = 'Sheet name'.
2) There have to be empty row before new date!
3) All 'Empl Name' (=Sheet name) -sheets have to have SAME layout!
If change then this will copy information in same place (not new place)!
4) ... not so many formulas, but You have to test test test this!
I don't have real data for testing!

Hi veltm,
There are two sheets PLAN & ACTUAL
From Plan I need to copy data of Salesman A into Salesman Sheet A from
( B5 till D87)
From Actual I need to copy data of Salesman A into Salesman Sheet A from
( B94 till D176 )
The layout is same in all the sheets only date & day changes every month.
I hope I am being able to clear the same.
