Copying count to columns

I have an excel file where it has three columns (AD, Count & Team) in Sheet1 named "Raw". What I would like to do is, each AD is mapped with certain Team. I wanted to check each Team and count the AD in the team and put that in total count under "Count" column. Attached the excel sheet. The sheet2 ("Final") contains the output of how it should look like. Any help would be appreciated.
