Copy paste values based on month and week column

Hi,
I'm new to macros. I need to do following tasks on weekly basis:
1.Copy specific cells from source sheet and paste to destination sheet specific cells based on month column such JUL-18, AUG-18,etc. I have to do this every week.
2.Copy specific cells from source sheet and paste to destination sheet specific cells based on week column such WE 7/7, WE 7/14,etc. I have to do this every week.

Please help asap!
 
Use Monthly, Weekly sheet in source to fill destination file. Here, SL<60 is SL actual and Efficiency is Efficiency actual

Maybe after a filled expected result workbook attachment
someone may understand your need …

But I was already expecting an issue which not exists with smart data.
