Copy Paste data below Headers

I have 150 to 200 excel files in that more than 3 sheets have Data i want pull only Particular Sheet Name Data that is "Absence" in that Headers A14:G14 i want below the Data copy paste in 1 excel file Date Huge so Dynamic range i want and Which File Data copy paste that file name also needed
Please help me in this problem
