Hi,

Please find the attached format, I need a macro which can copy mails in folders. Now I created the folder as per the client (You will find the clients name in column "B" and i have copied all the mails in one folder which need to be copied.

For Example

> Point 1 Client name is HDFC and subject mail is "Outstanding from Raghu to HDFC", This Subject mail to be copied in HDFC

> Point 4 and 5 Client name is SBH and their are two mails which need to be copied in SBH one is "Outstanding from Geeta to SBH"and second one is "Outstanding from Sudheer to SBH"

Thanks,
KRRA

We're going to need a lot more information to write this macro. It sounds like you just want a bunch of files moved around. Where are the emails currently stored? Are the Subject lines in col C the exact name of the .msg file you want moved? What is the attachments for in col D? Are the folders for the different clients already existing, or should they be made? Where are the folders located at?

Hi Luke,

Thanks for your reply.

The macro which will be provided to us will be copied in one folder after then i will follow below steps

1. I will create another folder with name "Original Mails" and will copy all the mails from outlook and paste then in this "Original Mails" folder. Copying mails in to the folder will be done manually always because of some reasons.

2. I will create one more folder with name "Client Folders" and client has will be created using one macro.

3. I will copy the data as per the format i have upload it here and then i will run the macro.

Yes some times subject will be changes based on our requirement it is not standard but file extension will be ".msg" only.

Thanks,
KRRA
