Copy info from yellow tab to gray tab

Hi,
I was wondering if someone can help.
Can someone please check on the macro button i have on the very last tab on the right (the gray tab)?
The goal here is to copy whatever has an n or a y on listed on column Q of the yellow tab. And ignore the rest.

1) Column Q on the yellow tab has either an n or a y, then copy the following info on the last tab (gray)..

Yellow tab (copy from)

Gray tab (copy to)

There are different sheet structures 'Yellow' <> 'Gray' ...
So, I modified that it copies data from 'Office' as long as there are column titles on 'Gray'-tab.
It don't look good! Titles don't match!
