Copy Horizontally & Paste Vertically in Another Workbook

I have one workbook that consolidates many files and pastes all the data per each file in one row so each row contains the data of files so if I have 200 rows means I consolidated 200 files.

Now, another requirement came up to select particular area of each line and paste in another workbook in vertical position. But, if there is a blank cell to skip and not copy it.

I have attached an excel file for sample where I detailed it how. BookOne has the data, BookTwo is a sample how results should look like

Thank you very much in advance for all your help

Regards,
Fadil
