Copy Folder Withour Formula

Dear Friends,

I am not sure whether it is possible or not, there is a folder in D drive where many excel files are there using various formulas. I want to know is it possible to copy that folder to another location including those excel files but without formula, i.e all the excel files in paste special format. In another way whether is it possible to copy an excel file to another location without formula just keeping the data in paste special format without opening that file.

You might do the same with sql statement.
There are lots of post for "without opening that file." statement.
Do some search or let us know with ur sample workbook.
