Copy entire row if cell value changes

Hi All,

I've a sheet where new items are added everyday from column A to Q. My team updates status of each item in column R. There are 10 status from which they can choose. So if there is a status change I want the entire row to be copied and pasted on the Log sheet. If the status changes again again it will be copied and pasted to the Log sheet, So that I know when and what status was changed and when from the log sheet. Hope that clears!
