Copy Email from Outlook to Excel

Hi,

I receive certain notification from an online portal in My Outlook. I want a macro wherein if I run it the Contents of the email get copied into an Excel file. The sturcture of the email is static. So basically I should run this macro everyday and it should copy the email contents to an excel file. However everyday when I run it it should start processing it from the email last copied into that excel file.
