Hi Nabeel,

I think you're wanting to fill in the blanks in col H of Sheet1 with data in Sheet2?

If so, to do this:
With sheet1...
Select columns A:H.
Go to Data - Sort. Select 'my data has headers', then sort col H ascending.

Copy over data from Sheet2 to Sheet1 into the blank cells. Note that you have more data in Sheet2 than you have blank cells, so I'm not sure what you want done with extras.
Select columns A:H again, this time sort by SR #.

hi Luke bro

this is a good Technic to solve the problem really appreciated

pl guide can we paste data when we have apply the filter in sheet on blanks column only showing..??

No, you won't be able to paste properly into cells that are filtered and have hidden rows between them.

last one bro.
when i select column H than "go to special" select "blanks"....no blanks are being selected..???

Yep, your data actually has the cells fill with a zero-length text, most often seen when data was result of a formula generating a "", or copied from web. If your real data is very large, after you sort, you can filter for "blank" and it should find it. It'll be ok to paste at that point because all the cells will be consecutive.
