Copy based date (format date) in Userform

Hi
I need filter and copy range based dates in Userform.
In brazil format date is DD/mm/yyyy

look my file, run Userform and...
enter this data 03/10/2016 in TextBox (txtStartDate)
enter this data 19/10/2016 in TextBox (txtEndtDate)
and select GISELLY in ComboBox (cbxAttendant)
I insert manual result in tab Destination

Hi:

Autofilter works only with universal format yyyy-mm-dd, if you use mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy Excel can take 02/01 (02nd of Jan) as 01/02 (01st of Feb).
