Can any one help me to consolidating pivot table given below link

i want the consolidated dates in yellow fields.

If I understand you correctly...


Firstly you need to "Show Items with No Data"...

Select anywhere within the pivot table...

Select Options / Field List to show the field list...

Click on Region in the Row Labels quadrant in the Field List and select Field Settings

Click on the Layout & Print Tab

Ensure "Show Items with No Data" is selected...

Click Ok.


Secondly...

Select cell B5

Type "=" sign...

Select cell I24

And repeat for all elements in Yellow...


Voila... hopefully all sorted

Sorry missed a step - you need to refresh the pivot table after setting "Show Items with No Data"...


Right click anywhere in the pivot table - select Refresh

one more help


My source data has empty cells. When I PT this data - the PT shows "(blank)" for the empty cells. How can I keep the cells "empty" in the PT. I do not want to manually filter and uncheck (blank) as this removes other data which is needed.
