Consolidated Result Summary from different sheets

Hi Friends, needed some help. If there is a workbook in which we have different sheets for a different classes. Is it possible to auto-populate the first sheet with all the students scoring below a certain number. Have attached a sample file for reference and also have manually added the data for students below 60 on the first sheet.

Also is it possible that we can an send the data which has auto populated in sheet 1 to a set of people over email

you dont say what version of excel you have
with 365 you can use

=VSTACK(FILTER('Class 1'!A2:G7,'Class 1'!F2:F7<60),FILTER('Class 2'!A2:G7,'Class 2'!F2:F7<60),FILTER('Class 3'!A2:G7,'Class 3'!F2:F7<60))

and replace 60 with a cell with the number you want

see J2 on sample below - for a comparison

i dont know , off the top of my head, how to do with older versions, a lot more complicated

Also you need VBA to send off an email - i dont offer VBA as a solution
