Connecting Slicer to a Non-Pivot Tables and Charts

Hi. I was given to analyse a report of already summarized performance data of sales agents for 2016. Since it was already summarized, a PT was not appropriate to use. I created: two excel non-pivot tables (both with the sales agent name as the first column) as well as charts/graphs based on the these tables. I want a single slicer (by user name) to connect: the two tables as well as the corresponding graphs, but the "Report Connectors" option is grayed out. Can you help me? Many Thanks.

You can only use connection for PivotTables. There is workaround using VBA, but I usually don't recommend it.

Without sample workbook, it's hard to recommend best course of action.

@Chihiro has pointed out slicer work with PT's, that's what they where designed for....but you may find this work around of help.
