Sir I personally feels such threads give moral boosting to all others who wants to learn and learn more. I mean I personally feels seeing your's solutions (and all others Expert's solution) that I don't know anything about Excel and there is so much to learn.
And you way of approaching the problem and tackling different users is SUPERB!!!
So I create these thread as a small token of thanks giving in Experts honours, nothing more than that.

What you say is true of everyone ; I don't think that anyone is so knowledgeable about every aspect of Excel that they can say they don't have anything more to learn ; I learn something new every now and then , though my pace of learning has reduced somewhat since I don't frequent this forum so much nowadays.
