Conditional Highlighting and Table matching with current time

I have 7/8 tables in sheet 1. First i want to highlight the the rows with current time running (now). Then want to collect all the data (highlighted) from each table to a new table.

Table-1
cell1/cell2/cell3
10:25:53/11:26:45/A(event)
11:26:45/12:25:35/B(event)
............................
............................

Table-2
cell1/cell2/cell3
09:25:53/10:30:42/A(event)
10:45:24/12:02:55/B(event)
............................
............................

Like this 7/8 tables

Now as each table has different time for different event (may be at the same time or in different time). I want to highlight the row with current time running and then combine all the data (highlighted at that time) from 7/8 tables to a new table so that at current time different event will be shown.

Thank you
Pucha

Conditional formatting added to cells A2:C8,E2:G8,I2:K8,M2:O8,Q2:S8.
Formulae added to cells E18:J18 (these would be nearly half their length if you had Excel 2007 or later).
Sheet needs recalculating manually with F9 to update cell E18. A couple of one-line macros could be added to recalculate the sheet when the sheet is switched-to from another sheet and/or when the current selection is changed.
